The calculator runs on your own device. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to us unless and until you explicitly choose to send them by submitting the contact form. When you submit, we collect the information you provide (name, phone, email, state, preferred time, and the scenario you reviewed) plus your IP address and a timestamp recorded for consent and compliance purposes.

We share it only with that assigned loan officer and the service providers that operate this product (hosting and email delivery), or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
